Instant Buzz upgrade

I upgraded to a pro membership Sunday with Instant Buzz and then waited to be upgraded.

I was on the Warrior Forum and saw a post by Mike Filsaime and I sent him a private message saying I wasn't upgraded and asked him to check on it.

Well, Mike wrote back and said he upgraded me to Elite status! Cool. That was unexpected. So now I have 25 ads I can run with Instant Buzz and some extra ads that came
with the upgrade. Also I can use HTML on the ads.

So I have been setting up about 15 of those campaigns and having fun. I am doing some testing and I am just having fun also. This should be interesting to see the differences in the click conversion on each individual ad. This is a way I can enjoy tracking and along with Trackthatad
all of a sudden I am doing a lot more tracking now.

Using Testimonials To Create Traffic to Your Web Sites.

Most good sales pages for internet marketing products, services or programs have testimonials. Everyone has seen them and many of the people in the testimonials have become familiar faces to those who are into the internet marketing industry.

The marketers who we see more often are the successful marketers who are making tons of money. Aren’t they? Maybe or maybe not, but one thing is clear;

It is a good marketing strategy to get yourself onto these sales pages.

So are these frequent appearances by some in internet marketing the result of being successful or are they successful because they have been on so many testimonials?

Obviously most of these marketers have been successful and that is why they are often on the testimonial page. But I believe that being in these testimonials is a huge plus for any internet marketer or web site owner, including the new ones.

If you have a chance to get a testimonial online for one of these companies do it. Plus, put as much information as you can about your business, blog or website. As much as they will allow. If you can have a link, that is great.

By having a testimonial that is on a website that is duplicated and shown by potentially thousands of people you are getting free publicity and perhaps free advertising and traffic for your website. Even if you don’t have a link in the testimonial you will benefit. A few weeks ago I was doing a search on my name to see if I can find some web sites that have picked up my articles. I was surprised to find a testimonial I did for a company I liked.

I chose my blog link because that ties all my businesses together.

These testimonials are very sincere in what I say.

Don't do testimonials unless you believe in what you are saying.

So I get more direct traffic from people clicking on the link to my blog and I also get more traffic because the search engines will see the link all over the place. Coming from many uniques.

The inexperienced marketer can also get a testimonial put on these companies. It has to be when they are young though. If you join a new company and they don’t have a testimonial page ask them if they would like a testimonial from you. Sometimes they will send out an email asking for testimonials from their members. Jump on this opportunity and do a good testimonial.

It couldn’t hurt and just may get you a lot of free traffic.

Thought about HTML.

Ok.

I don't really know much about HTML!!!!

So! I don't know squat?

Oh my God!! It's true.

Still, I am trying to make a very good living at internet marketing
and don't know HTML worth a damn. Haha.

Still I am someone who is thinking about making an extremely good living online because I could have made millions at doing my last business. However I didn't have my heart in it.

So, I changed my focus, sold my vending business and jumped into the internet marketing
business.


Anyways, having experience in the technical part of internet marketing isn't totally necessary.

Of course it helps tremendously. Technical knowledge is only going to help you make make better decisions. I think you can make great decisions with that technical knowledge but it is
harder to make great decisions without it. Learn all you can as I am in the process now.

But you can be creative and someone with very limited knowledge of computers can still do very well.

In fact I think I will write an article about that. It is a crack up actually. Ok. I am not going to say any more.

I started figuring out ways to use CBMall now and also in the future.

I think CBMall will do some things that I had been looking for. I don't
know what the top money earner makes with CBMall but whatever
it is, I can see someone taking this and doing very well indeed.

A key with this is doing whatever you can on-line, but then doing
as much or more off-line.

And by offline I don't mean just advertising, although I think that
will work tremendously with CBMall, but also the person to person
direct selling techniques.

Business to business though. Going to businesses and explaining
how they can make money from customers in other time zones
is still realatively new to most small business owners.

Even those who do know a bit about internet marketing will still
be shocked by the unlimited possibilities with a company like
cbmall.

I can see this being such a plus for the average small business.
Many have their own websites and a good percentage of those small
companies only have a small amount of area to get their customers.

The internet expands that limitation, but there hasn't been any great
ways to just hook up into making money on-line.

That is my opinion.

If there is something like I am thinking about, I haven't seen it.

CBMall looks like it is that company that can bring the internet to
the small businesses and not only help them make money in their local
businesses, but opens up a limitless range of products and affiliate
programs.

This company could be the one to connect the small business community
to the internet. If CBMall doesn't do it then others will.

This will be a major change in the next two years.

Just my opinion though.

But I am putting it out there anyways. Haha. :-)

Also,

One of the best ways of explaining the power of the search engine in
CBMall is by looking at the search engine above each post in
this blog.

Imagine what some small business owner would say when
they discovered that they could actually, very easily, make a few
hundred, or thousand, a month by referring customers to
competitors too far away to make a difference.

That says it all there. This is wide open in the small business arena.
Someone will take it to the next level soon.

I think I will try some testing on some other affiliate links. What I like about clickbank is the ease to start most of the products. usually you just have to add your clickbank user name and then start promoting. So I like this paid to do surveys site and want to see how it sells. I still have some free advertising on Google.

The Rich Jerk made $379,000 when they sold a clickbank site. That has me interested.

Today I just wanted to give you a quick overview of our strategy leading up to the TV ad campaign and answer some questions we've gotten recently about promoting our opportunities.

Some of you have been asking about our plans for specifically promoting the individual opps we have in our downline builder...for example "are we going to?";-) The answer is of course yes, but first things first as a wise person keeps reminding me;-)

Although I don't like the term pre-launch and won't use it in our case, we are in a sense in that kind of phase right now as we prepare for the traffic and influx of new members the television ads will bring.

Before we start spending money on advertising however, it's crucial to have all our systems finely tuned and our website converting at maximum efficiency so no advertising dollars are wasted.

That's my main priority right now, along with hitting our financial goal of $10,000 for the TVCoOp fund (just $2300 to go!). The website copy is now being rewritten and there will be some other minor changes to the site and program descriptions which should improve conversion even more.

Once all that is under control I'll turn to the TV commercials themselves and Saskia will focus on finishing the tools we'll be offering the new members. These tools will include a "Newbie School" tutorial and a collection pre-set marketing plans for promoting our programs that even the most inexperienced marketers will be able to follow.

After the commercials are produced and the air time is scheduled we'll both turn to fulltime promoters and you'll see your program conversions (and income) improve significantly. As I mentioned before, we have no profit for ourselves built into the co-op and it's our intention to make six figures per month as promoters of the products and programs we represent.

We're hoping at least some of our teammates are looking to do the same. That's where the idea for going on TV came from in the first place btw...to do this in a big way.....just in case you didn't think we were serious about this;-)

My Latest Article: Cutting Edge Real Estate, Is the Bubble Ready to Burst?

I am thinking this one might get picked up by a lot of people. Lets see. I have been happy so far with how my other articles were picked up and downloaded. Here it is:

Cutting Edge Real Estate, Is the Bubble Ready to Burst?

Of course, this is the big question in real estate now. . .

Will the so-called real estate bubble burst like the dot-com bubble did a few years back?

There are some good arguments on both sides of the issue. Whatever happens in the next few years, it will affect millions of Americans, and therefore also millions of people worldwide. If the bubble does “burst” as some say, it is all but certain we could, or more like would, go into a recession. A deep one. Right now the real estate business has been a prime reason that the economy has been decent the last few years. It has been one of the few consistently bright areas of our economy.

First of all, to compare the real estate industry with the dot-com industry is unreasonable. It’s comparing apples with oranges. The real estate industry has been and will always be a central part of the US economy. It will never disappear and there will always be a need and demand for it. Investing in real estate makes sense for the long term. On the other hand, the dot-com bubble was not based on anything more than speculation. Many businesses were trading on the stock market for unreal amounts of money and never made a dime in profit and ultimately never would.

So for me, some of this thinking is this: “Well, the stock market had the dot-com boom and then it collapsed, so now we have this real estate boom so surely it will collapse also.” I just don’t go along with that comparison. Again, these are totally different industries and markets. Heck, if we can pay $20,000, $50,000 and even up to and over $100,000 on automobiles, then spending $300,000, $1,000,000 and more on homes seems very reasonable. Property will always be there as long as the mortgage is paid and the taxes are paid, too. That brings us to a good argument for believing the real estate market will slow down and possibly have a downturn.

The reason there is a good argument for the belief that the real estate industry will have a major downturn is because some people, perhaps a good amount of people, won’t be able to keep up with their mortgage payments if they start losing their jobs and the economy slows down. The rise in gas prices could have a major effect on the economy and if these homeowners start defaulting on their mortgages then this could turn the industry around.

Many home owners and speculative real estate investors are using what some would call risky home mortgages, the interest-only and no-income verification loans. These allow more people to buy more homes and are part of the reason the real estate industry has enjoyed such a boom the last several years. Creative financing started decades ago and has kept increasing more and more different ways for the home buyer and speculator to get what they want. This is a good thing overall in my opinion. However I can see the dangers of this trend also. I don’t feel a burst is inevitable but it is certainly very possible. Perhaps more likely, unless a major event such as another war or terrorist attack, is a slow down and evening off of the growth of the real estate industry.

There are those on the side of the inevitable downturn philosophy, who are preparing for the worst. Just as some people can make money on the stock market even when it goes down, there are those who are preparing for a possible – inevitable in their minds – downturn in the real estate market.

Here is one such way to capitalize on a real estate bubble burst or at least a downturn: pre- foreclosure deals. There are some investment clubs that are based solely on waiting for this to happen and then buying into this market. People will be foreclosing in record numbers if this downturn comes. Perhaps it is more accurate to say when, because as history shows there are always downturns in the market; and with all the creative financing, no interest loans and no income verification loans the probability of a downturn is likely. However, this is different than a “burst.”
