new sites!

Well, this is my first post in a while. Over a month actually.:-0

I have been super busy since my last post here. Here are a few of the things that I have done lately:

1. Started a contest for blogsrater.com
This contest is going to end today and it has been successful because many people have written reviews. By the way, in the recent Google update blogsrater became a pr6! :-) Google loves this site and there are pr5 inside pages as well.

2. Bought three new forums

a. postyouradforfree.com - a free advertising forum that became a pr6 right after I bought it. It has over 600 members already and gets good traffic.
b. webmaterforums.net - a forum with over 1500 members that has been around for over a year. I am trying hard to get traffic to it and it seems to be working now.
c. webmasterforums.ws - a new forum that doesn't have many members or traffic. I am hoping to get this one going soon. It needs some traffic for sure.

3. Started forumsrater.com - This site is a forum directory and review site and is simular to blogsrater. I haven't promoted it much yet. But it can get to be as popular as blogsrater.

4. I bought mypimpcodes.com -This site became a pr7 just a couple weeks after buying it. It makes good money also, about $20 a day from YPN ads. This site is a place where people from myspace, freindster and other simular sites can go to get codes for their spaces.

5. I also bought spacecodes.com - This site is simular to mypimpcodes and does pretty well.

6. I bought tutorialhome.com - I just bought this site last week. It gets good traffic and I like the idea of just adding a few tutorials a month and submitting them to other websites. That makes the site more popular and gets it traffic from the backlinks. I think this niche can be something to build on this year.

7. I started a us church directory called pureact.com which is doing well. This can be a huge site and has tons of potential. I am running another contest with it. It is a contest that will award the church who comes up with the best essay on "why I love my church" The reward will be $10,000 and I will start judging the essays once I get 1000 churches to participate. This site has over 350,000 pages and I am getting the pages indexed pretty quickly. Right now it has about 850 pages indexed. Not bad. I am hoping in the next Google update we can get this site to a PR4 or 5 and have thousands of inside pages with a pr3 or 4. This will help with generating income so I can have more contests.

8. The article sites I have are starting to get traffic now and they were treated well by the Google update also. I have over 30 of them with a pR4. One is even a pr5.

9. I took most of my sites that have a pr4 and above and submitted them to text-link-ads.com and I am starting to make some money from them. Right now I have 17 ads sold on my site. I am hoping that with almost 50 sites that I can get a couple hundred links sold. This would be a good income and a passive income. :-)

10. My programmer and friend Vladimir are working on some big projects now. I can't give away to much information on them because they are good ideas and we want to keep them a bit of a secret for now. But these sites will put us on a different level. This year should be fun.

11. I bought an arcade site and it is doing pretty well. The good thing about these sites is people do come back and play again and again. Some do anyways. So I am testing some advertising to see if I can create that return traffic and brand the sites name. I know the guy who sold this site to me has another one that makes about $300 a day from YPN ads. He is selling it and hopes to get $100,000.

12. I just started a blog cluster experiment. It is for a network marketing company that I like Success University. Here is the thread from the warrior forum regarding it. I am hoping to get 30 people with success university blog writing about success university. We could create some good traffic if this works out well.

13. I am leaving out some good stuff but I will make a point to blog more often.
