Real Estate In Fernley

I put a bid on a lot in Fernley Nevada yesterday and should know by
Friday how it will go. My plan is to make some quick money. By quick
I mean in 5 months or so. Perhaps by the end of the year. Hear is how I
hope it works:
1. Buy the lot for around $71,000.
2. Build a manufactured home on it. This will cost another $85,000 about.
3. Put the home up for sell and sell it for $190,000 to $200,000.
A quick $40,000 to $45,000.

I won't use CSHs for this because this is geared towards some much needed
money for projects and just paying the bills money. By doing this I may be
able to keep my home in San Jose.

They seem to think that a bursting of the real estate bubble is very likely to happen.

Today I'll share with you how I do it.

Let me begin by saying that I don't make thousands permonth from MOST of my blogs. However, I do have manymaking hundreds. Since I don't put in a lot of timemaintaining them, and I enjoy blogging, I consider the money a bonus. I blog while sitting in my yard with mylaptop (on a wireless connection)... watching the cloudsroll by.

Another bonus I get from blogging is that it helpsmy regular websites that are set up as my "money machines."

The search engines visit my blogs more often than theyvisit my regular sites, and they follow the links from my blogs pointing to other sites. Some of these linkspoint to my sites, and some point to sites of partners.This does help the search engine rankings of these sitesMASSIVELY.

How Do I Monetize My Blogs?

I monetize my blogs by creating blogs on topics people are searching for... and that they are spending money on. I know which niches are hot to an extent based upon what my research proves pay-per-click advertisers are willing to spend their advertising dollars on.

I run Google AdSense ads on my blogs. I simply insert these ads in my menu bar and other strategic places onthe webpage. I also experiment with other paid advertising on my blogs.

I sell affiliate products from my blogs. I simply findaffiliate products at places like PayDotCom.com and Commission Junction. I incorporate these into my blogs. I do things like product reviews, how-to articles, etc. You can also locate suitable affiliate products by typing your target keywords + "affiliate program" at any major search engine. This should point out numerous websiteswith suitable affiliate programs to you.

How Do I Setup/Host My Blogs?

To show you how simple it can be I'll show you just ONE.It’s less than 2 months old :-)

The problem is that as soon as I show a site to anyone asan example, it's instantly ripped off. So, I'm going to"sacrifice" one making me about $60 per day from affiliate product sales and about $20 per day in AdSenserevenue. That site is at: http://cure-nail-fungus.blogspot.com

"How do I find time to maintain all of these blogs, even if they are profitable?"

Well, first of all, I don't really need a lot like the "sacrificial lamb" that I showed you above to keep me satisfied.

What AutoBlogger does is allow me to queue up a number of posts for my various blogs in advance. It lets you queueup "articles" which can really be anything you want. Thenyou tell the software at what frequency to make a post.

My AutoBlogger account allows me to automatically post toan UNLIMITED number of blogs.

WARNING: A program like AutoBlogger can get you introuble if you misuse it! If you use it to spam or abusethe search engines, it's just going to get you banned.If you use it to abuse the blog hosts, they're just goingto delete your blogs.

Here's how I use AutoBlogger:

I have sites where I discuss Internet marketing... as justone example. On these sites I share many of my articles and tidbits. I simply queue up these articles/tidbits to postat a given frequency. This frequency can be a set number ofhours, days, weeks, or months. So theoretically, I canset up a blog, pre-schedule 50 posts, and not touch it inmonths, while it is automatically posted to for the next 50 intervals.

AutoBlogger even lets you set it to start rotatingthrough the posts again when they run out, if you wantto. I personally wouldn't do this since you'd just beposting duplicate content.

AutoBlogger allows you to insert RSS feeds right intoyour blog posts. So in addition to posting articlesyou can also auto-update by adding new RSS feeds ata set interval. Since I HATE sending my traffic to other sites (without reciprocation), these RSS feeds generallypull from MY sites. That way, my traffic is only sentto my other sites.

If you don't even feel like queuing up a lot of posts,you can go to a site like Elance.com and hire someone elseto do it for you... or just hired your kids to do it for you. It can be as easy as you want to make it.

OK, I've just proven to you that you can make moneyoff of blogs. In-fact, you can make more money thanmany people make off of their REGULAR websites. Itjust takes a little thinking outside the box!

It also takes not being too greedy. What I just showedyou works for me because I'm not doing anything that'slikely to get me banned from the search engines,Google AdSense, Blogger.com, or any affiliate program.It's only when you get carried away, and do things thatharm the search engines that you "shoot yourself inthe foot."

Set up blogs providing useful content. Make regular posts to these blogs but not in a manner that seemsunnatural. By that, I mean don't auto-post twentytimes in an hour, or post every hour for a month! Nohuman can possible post to a blog at these rates forlong, so the search engines detect something is "wrong."They don't generally prohibit you from using tools tomake your job easier... just don't get carried away!

12 Tips for Effective Global Business Networking by: Kit Lum

Networking forms an invaluable backbone to global business. Not only is it an essential part of growing your online business, it’s a fantastic way to cultivate business relationships globally and widen your market reach to customers beyond your own shores.

There are lots of places on the internet where you can go to network – forums, message boards, groups and other networks. There are no planes to catch, no need to get dressed up, everything is at your fingertips.

Choose a networking group that’s relevant to your line of business, your target audience or your interest.

Post an introduction of yourself when you first join a group. Tell the group something about yourself and your business. Better yet, tell them something unique and interesting to increase the likelihood of them remembering you or your business. Remember in online networking, people only have your name, they don’t have a face to go with it. Sometimes several members may have the same first name or a similar on to yours, so try to set yourself apart.

Keep your introduction short, simple and interesting. Never launch into a sales pitch right away as this tends to turn people off. Oftentimes, we’re so excited about sharing our business we forget that networking is about establishing relationships first and making sales later.

Greet new members when they post an introduction of themselves. A short welcome note with a brief introduction of yourself would be both a nice touch and an excellent public relations move on your part. Remember you never know if or when a member of the group could turn out to be your loyal customer or your biggest strategic alliance in business.

Read the rules of the group carefully. Every group has its own set of rules. Some allow you to post ads, others are discussion-only. Some have designated days of the week for different topics. Always play by the rules of the group. Make a note of which day is designated for what in which group. Stick to them and it will earn you the respect of the group owner, moderators and members.

Join in the conversations or threads. Don’t be a lurker. Well, obviously there are some very good reasons why you joined the group – to learn, share, establish business contacts – and these are reason enough to post. If you stay in hiding, nobody knows you’re there and certainly nobody knows what your business has to offer.

Offer help and advice whenever you can. If someone asks for help or advice, offer it in any way you can. Networking is about give and take. Help someone now and win help for yourself when you’re in need. Share and be helpful – it’s a win-win situation.

Leave your cultural, racial and personal biases outside the networking door. Many networking groups have international memberships. Be respectful of others’ cultures, ideas and opinions, no matter how strange they may sound to you. Making an effort to be courteous and supportive can go a long way in a business relationship.

Keep your language clear and simple. It’s very possible that some people in your group may only have a basic working knowledge of English. After all, the percentage of people whose mother tongue is English make up only about 7% of the world's population. Even among those who speak English, language can easily be misunderstood. So clarity and a willingness to rephrase and simplify language are to being understood in global business communication.
Be interested in what goes on in the group. After all, you did choose this group. Whether it’s taking the trouble to learn another member’s culture, or explaining something peculiar to your industry or country, consider it part of the education that goes with global business.

Don’t discount an idea or an opinion because it comes from another culture or country. In other words, don’t be too quick to pre-judge. There is no right or wrong, just a different approach to doing things. Ideas and opinions that appear to be ‘just a little too far-flung’ may well spark off a creative business idea that’s never even crossed your mind. Now wouldn’t that be priceless!
Stay neutral. Where two or more members have a difference in opinion, it’s best not to get involved. In this case, silence is indeed golden. Be diplomatic. Understand that people do have bad days. Most times, all they need is a little space and time, and they’ll come around.
Stay active to stay visible. Be heard to be remembered. In larger groups, it’s easy to slip into oblivion if you don’t keep up. Networking can be a time-consuming activity. Schedule your business day accordingly.

Have fun. Yes, even netpreneurs are allowed to have fun. If you have fun with your business, it will feel less like work and more like a hobby, a profitable hobby. So get out there, make some friends, have a few laughs and benefit your business at the same time.

This is one of my newest affiliate programs. I joined it because it was the
only site that I found that carried such a wide variety of alternative
energy products. Plus it has a good affiliate program. They only pay 1%
but actually that can really payoff when you sell an item for $50,000
which is possible. Not too many of these sites have an affiliate program
either so this was the best I found.

EN 101 update

You know I was reluctant to join this program at first but bye the time I did it was

OK, Some things take time to sink into my head.

For example, I have read for about 9 months that submitting articles is
a great and crucial way to get traffic to your sites. It also can get you some
name recognition if that is important to you. So I finally wrote two and
submitted them to 4 different places, all free to submit. It has worked so
far as one person picked up my first article and used it on their website.
These two articles haven't yet been accepted by all the sites I submitted
them to so it may take a little while to see how well this works but I can
already see increased traffic to http://www.cutting-edge-real-estate.com
that must be from the articles.

So I will be doing more of these and will write them myself instead of having
others write them as some do. I can see have dozens in a few months.

I also got "expert author" status from goarticles.com after submitting my first
article. I don't know if they do this for everyone, most or very few but it made
me feel good and will only encourage me to do more.

Perhaps I can even write articles for others. Hmmm.

Two ups/ what are they?

Two ups are a way to compensate people for Direct Marketing. It is
basically a two tier affiliate program with a twist. Most two tier affiliate
programs go like this.

1st tier: You get a percentage of the commission, usually 50%
2nd tier: You get a smaller percentage of the commissions of your first tier
member. This is usually around 10% to 20%.

With two ups systems it works entirely differently. The first two sales of
whatever the product is the commissions go to the two tiers above you. Then
starting with the 3rd sale, you get the commission for anyone you sign up. Then
when these people sign up some their first two people you will get a commission
and for every person within the first two tiers you get a commission to infinety.
That is the part that makes it different from traditional affiliate programs.

Maybe that doesn't explain it well enough. Here are two examples of this system
in place. One is a small $5 to $100 purchase and the other is a large purchase that
helps you pay your mortgage off more quickly.
