I will be coming out with a few reports soon hopefully that will use videos and written reports about this subject, but I just wanted to let you know, you can find good domains still. Maybe it is too late to buy a potential million dollar domains for a few bucks like people were able to a few years ago, but through some work you can find a good domain that can be worth 5, 10, 100 or more times the register fee with days or months after buying it. And you don't have to find unknowledgable buyers to take avantage of. I don't like doing business that way. I like to find good domains that are still available and then sell them for what they should be worth.
Here's an example of a recent domain that I only paid $1.99 for at
HostOrDoamin which is a godaddy reseller that has prices lower than godaddy. I was looking for some domains in a certain niche and found about two dozen on this day that seemed like they were worthwhile getting for making sites out of or reselling as just domains. I used my favorite keyword tool and found this simple dot info domain with one dash between the keywords:
health-club.info
Now, it is a dot info and many would say dot info's aren't worth crap, but from reading what some well known domainers have said dot infos are going to go up in value in the coming years. But more than that, these domains get into search engine ranking pretty commonly. I was actually surprised this domain was available because the phrase "health club" gets searched over 570,000 times a month according to my keyword tool and has a huge Google KEI of over 1,600,000, which means that there isn't that much competion campared to the amount of searches. So, instead of parking it I just made a quick word press blog and will work on it for a while and see if I can start to get some of those searches to come to my site.
Here's the blog to see what it looks like at the start:
Health Club It's not indexed yet, but that's another reason for posting it here as usually I can get a new site indexed quickly by posting it here. We'll see what happens.
